  The new civilian hospital in Mazar-e-Sharif has been inaugurated during an official ceremony on Saturday.Dr. Soraya Dalil the Afghan Minister of Public Health, Rodigar Konic the German Minister of Foreign Affairs, Atta Mohammad Noor the governor of Balkh, and the member of Japanese and Swedish councils attended the ceremony.
