More than 5,000 foreigners work as Consultant in Afghanistan

The recent researches show that more 5,000 foreigners are engaged in Afghanistan as consultant.
Malyar Sadiq Azad, Yak private TV journalist who has conducted this research said, from this number of advisors more than 60 of them are working in presidential office and the rest are engaged in ministries and military section.
Sadiq Azad told to Bokhdi News Agency "that in the past eight years more $ 8 Milliard of International Community has been paid to these advisors as huge salary.

Sadiq Azad has prepared this report or research in one month and he has talked with more than 15 independent sources.
"Bribe and Corruption" are called the main challenges of Karzai government in the past ten years.
It has been said, that Milliard of US Dollar of International Community has been misused in Afghanistan.
Base on the recent international reports, Afghanistan is still placed in the second position of the countries that are involved in Corruption and called impure.
European Union with more consultants
This research has been done in to three category, 1 advisors in the ministries, 2 advisors in military, 3 advisors I the presidential office.
Here is added in this report that most of the foreigner advisors (1,000) are working in Afghanistan Air Force and more than more than (500) in the ministry of Interior.
Sadiq Azad added that this mentioned number in the ministry of Interior Affairs includes the Consultant, Trainers who are training Afghan national Police throughout the country.
In the field of Military in Afghanistan mostly European Union especially Germany has consultants
This report shows that, the annually expenses of these advisors in EU reach up to £ 66 million and Germany advisors reach up to £ 77 million.
Inefficiency of Advisors work
Most of the international inspectors are concern of the efficiency of the foreigner advisors.
Some inspectors believe that most of these advisors are not familiarized with the current situation of the country and as well do not have enough information on Afghans culture even it sometimes create problem.
In this report it has been quoted from Hamid Jalil from foreigner donation of Ministry of Finance that the output of these advisors are less comparing to the amount as they earn monthly.
